The Party starts with us
01. Initial Engagement
We begin with a consultation to get to know you. Since we only take on a limited number of projects each year, this initial consult is crucial!
02. Planning and Design Stage
We begin planning your event right away. Our design team will set a foundation meeting to establish the scope of your event, your goals, and any challenges. On your behalf, we will collaborate with a team of creative vendors and will create a design deck as well as tailored proposals. This is also when we will set a financial meeting to go over any expenses and event contracts for your approval.
03. Production Phase
Once you approve the design plan and proposed budget, we enter into production.
04. Event Management Begins
We handle any logistics and create a schedule for each member of your team for your big day. Together we will schedule all the final details and review the run-of-show. Then, it's the big day!
